The airport...

In anticipation of our trip to NM for spring break, Webb and I visited the observation deck at the airport on Saturday. We will do regular visits to try to make him more familiar w/ airplanes and the airport, hopefully, lessening any stress an out of the blue trip might cause. Webb will tell you he saw "big airplanes" and "little airplanes" and they are "loud".
Here comes a BIG airplane! "What's that momma?" Inquiring minds want to know...
Going undercover so the paparazzi won't notice his arrival...
In awe of the take-off!

And just for fun...Emerson pulling up on EVERYTHING! We think she'll skip the official "crawling" stage and head straight to walking. And proof that Punxatawny Phil might be wrong about his winter forecast...we shall see!

She's getting old...

Emerson just passed 10 months on Monday! How time flies!!! She's crawling very efficiently backwards. She has pulled up a few times, but mostly enjoys scooting around backwards and then sitting up (which she does like a pro)! Many times, we find her under the furniture w/ just her head sticking out (see below)...
Her estimated weight is around 24 pounds or so...She really needs to become mobile to lose the thighs!
Here are some pics from the Superbowl and beyond..
Webb is experimenting w/ his new fashion sense!
Practicing walking in mommy's shoes...
Sporting the new rain boots in anticipation of snow...not even a flake, though!
Sooo tired...

Here she is...under the couch again! A product of crawling backwards!
Wild and out of control hair!

One day before her 10 month anniversary!
