Emerson turns 5! Happy Birthday!

Hard to believe that it's been five years since Emerson joined our family!  She has brought such joy and happiness to our lives!  She has the cheeriest spirit of any child we know!

She'll celebrate her birthday with her other friends, and the Bentsens, on Sunday...can't compete with Easter!

Valentines & Easter celebrations!

In January, Emerson braved the frigid temperatures and posed on Pablo for her annual (& last) pony pictures at pre-school.  

Valentines was upon us before we knew it.

As the weather warms up, you might find Emerson anywhere out in the woods - she's particularly fond of this tree!

Easter morning dawned rainy but balmy.  Egg hunting was postponed until the afternoon  - the Easter bunny left a bag full of eggs in the garage.  Lucky mommy - she got to hide them once the rain passed.
