DANETTE KUJAT SWANN

Here are your stats for this race:

250M Swim: 10:47

Transition #1: 4:12

7 MI Bike: 26:40:00

Transition #2: 1:52

2 MI Run: 24:44:00

Total Time: 1:08:13

My goal for next year: under an hour!

Won't be too hard if I cut some time off transitions (and my swim!)

Here we are for our water start. The yellow caps went out first (I think).

I was a neon green cap - there were 100+ of us!

The bad transition (time wise)...

The final leg...

On to the finish line!

The first week of soccer!!!

It's been a busy week this week! Webb began his career as a soccer player. The team as a whole has some work to do! If we kept score, which luckily our league doesn't start doing until the 7 y.o. league, we'd have been hanging our heads low! :( But, the kids seemed to have fun out on the field! Webb was so excited when he got to kick the ball, he'd come over and high five one of us EVERY time! I'd have to remind him to go back after the ball! Silly boy! If only we all had his enthusiasm about things!!

Pre-game warm ups...

Emerson could care less...she's got Legos!

We are the Wolfpack and Webb is proudly showing us his attempt at the Wolfpack sign! (Looks more like hang loose, dude!)

Webb has a solid leg for kicking...just wish he would kick left-footed!

Webb and Megan - lining up at midfield - see the concentration?Webb - pouting he didn't get a "turn" to kick the ball!Owen doing the Wolfpack howl! Ready for next week!!

Lukas' awesome 3rd birthday!

Happy Birthday, Lukas! She is "painting" her leg!

Emerson gets a hand from "Aunt" Betsy...

Kisses!

Lukas loves him some Emerson! We'll have to watch those two!

Webb is FOUR!!!

We held Webb's fourth birthday party at the Museum of Natural Sciences in downtown Raleigh. We got to touch a chinchilla, a bird and a ferret. They also had a VERY large toad that we couldn't touch due to salmonella or some other funky thing! It was a lot of fun!

Mr. Eric helps Carter & Lukas put their texture on their animals!

Caroline & Cam investigate the box turtle!

Webb grows a frog tongue!

Webb meets the bunny!
Ready, set, blow!

Huff & puff!

Thanks to all my friends for coming to hang out with me!
